Sri Myneni, CEO, President and Co-Founder
Mr. Myneni is a recognized leader in the ITES-BPO sector. He has led Knoah Solution from a small offshore outsourcing operation to a multi-site operation. The steady, organic growth and success of Knoah Solutions is a direct result of the entrepreneurial vision and leadership of Mr. Myneni. Mr. Myneni has more than 16 years of senior management experience with major corporations in diverse areas like Enterprise Database Management, Secure Networking, CRM, and eCRM with major emphasis in Customer Management, Product Management, Business Development and Software Development.
Prior to co-founding Knoah, Mr. Myneni was VP of Strategic Customers and Alliances for eGain, where he played a key role in signing multi-million dollar deals with companies including AOL, Schwab, AT&T, Verizon and 3Com. Additionally, he was instrumental in growing eGain from a fledgling company to the eCRM market leader with more than 700 employees. Prior to eGain, Mr. Myneni held senior business development and management roles addressing both domestic and international markets at Motorola's Information Systems Division. He also held senior technical and business positions at Bull HN Information Systems and TekNow Inc.
In 2004, Mr. Myneni was named CEO of the Year by Metro-Vision. Mr. Myneni is currently an executive committee member with HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Exporters Association) and is deeply involved with the local industry and liaisons with the local government on matters of significance for the industry. He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization). Mr. Myneni is a frequent speaker and presenter. Mr. Myneni holds an MBA from ThunderBird, an MSCS from ASU, and a BSCS from Nagarjuna University.
Ralph Barletta, Executive VP US Operations, Co-Founder
Mr. Barletta’s expertise in operations and CRM capabilities has helped to build Knoah Solutions into the award-winning service provider it is today. Mr. Barletta has more than 17 years of experience in the knowledge management and eCRM industries, helping Fortune 1000 companies successfully deploy these key technologies in their large call centers. Prior to co-founding Knoah, he was product evangelist for eGain's Knowledge Products.
Prior to eGain, Mr. Barletta spent five years with Inference Corp., serving in a variety of roles, including as president of the k-Commerce Support Division responsible for the $25 million worldwide knowledge management product line. He spent the previous 10 years in research, development, and consulting in the case-based reasoning, knowledge management and artificial intelligence fields. Mr. Barletta is a frequent speaker and panel member. Mr. Barletta holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Computer Science, both from Rutgers University.
Flt Lt Bipin Chandra, Sr.Vice President
Flt Lt Bipin Chandra joined Knoah in its early stage and has been instrumental in building it to its current strength over the past 5 years. Our customers’ stickiness and positive relationships with Knoah is a reflection of his commitment to service excellence and customer orientation.
Bipin has 17 years of executive management and senior management experience in diverse areas like Operations, Program management, Client management, Software Product Development, Quality, HRD, Finance and Administration.
Prior to joining the Knoah team, Bipin was General Manager at PortalPlayer Inc, a global leader in delivering digital media infrastructure solutions (hardware and firmware suite). He played a key role in building India operations and coordinated the successful delivery of platform solutions to customers worldwide. Prior to PortalPlayer, Bipin held senior management and engineering roles with SoftSol Inc., Mahindra-British Telecom, and Datapro and also completed a successful tenure as a commissioned officer with Indian Air Force working on surface to air missiles and electronic warfare.
Bipin is a highly respected thought leader in the local industry and is a frequent speaker at various industry and academic forums. He is also actively involved with the industry in his role as Chairman, AMCHAM Hyderabad Chapter (American Chamber of Commerce), Vice-Chairman of AMCHAM SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Committee, and Charter Member and Executive Committee member of TiE Hyderabad Chapter (The Indus Entrepreneur). Bipin is also the member of IT & C Panel of CII, Andhra Pradesh (Information Technology and Communication Panel of Confederation of Indian Industry) and is actively involved with the ITES initiative (Information Technology Enabled Services) and Leadership initiative of Hyderabad Software Exporters Association (HYSEA). Bipin is a frequent speaker at industry forums like NASSCOM, HYSEA and local television channels. He holds an MBA and BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Sridhar Sriramaneni, Vice President Support Services
Sridhar Sriramaneni is a seasoned professional with 10 years experience in the IT consulting arena. Prior to joining Knoah, Sridhar served as a Senior Consultant at Sybase and Cap Gemini America. Having worked for ISO 9001 certified companies through out his career, Sridhar has developed a strong understanding of Service. Sridhar had worked in a cross-section of industries ranging from Auto to Financial Service sectors. Sridhar holds a Masters in Computer Science (Bradley Univ.).
David Lewy - Vice President - Sales & Business Development
Mr. Lewy brings over 15 years of Sales and Executive Management experience in the Customer Service/Technical Support arena to Knoah Solutions. During his previous tenure at Advantagekbs, Mr. Lewy was responsible for doubling Sales and preparing the company for its eventual sale to UK based Logica.
Mr. Lewy has been involved in all aspects of sales and business development for a variety of technology-based companies and has been a frequent speaker in the Contact Center arena. Mr. Lewy received his MBA from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Rochester.
Dr. P Kiranmai Dutt, Vice President - HR & Training
Dr. P Kiranmai Dutt has 15 years of dynamic national and international training experience. She has worked in the academics, government and private sectors, including working with the University of Cambridge, U.K., McKinsey & Co., and the state government of A.P., India. Dr. Kiranmai, who is conversant in both French and German languages, and possesses a working knowledge of Japanese, attributes her professional success to a deep passion for training and facilitating change-management. Her training expertise in voice and accent neutralization, soft or transferable skills training, culture sensitization training, and business etiquette training has led her to author under graduation course material for various universities in Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore and Kashmir.
Dr. Kiranmai is actively involved with local industry and academia. She is an invited speaker in various industry conferences, academic fests, and on various television talk shows. Dr. Kiranmai is currently the Chairperson, ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development), working on similar lines as ASTD (American Society for Training and Development). She is also a regular faculty for the leadership training conducted by HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Exporters Association), and a guest faculty for communication skills at Center for Organization Development (COD).
Dr. Kiranmai contributes her thought leadership for strategizing sustainability and scalability of a few Non-government Organizations in India through mentoring the CEOs. The NGO groups are coordinated by Social Impact, a social entrepreneur mentoring organization based in the U.S.A.
Dr. Kiranmai's numerous academic degrees and achievements include a Ph D in Business English, a Bachelor of Law degree, Diplomas in French and German Languages, advanced diploma in Japanese Language, Certificate in Technical Translation in German Language, M Litt in Computer-assisted Language Learning, and Post Graduate diplomas in IRPM, journalism, teaching English, translation studies, and distance education. Further, Dr. Kiranmai is a certified Project Management Professional (certification by PMI, May 2007). She has also received Neuro Linguistic Programming certification (Richard Bandler, 2006). She is currently enrolled for an Exec.FPM program on Organizational Behavior (OB) in one of the premier B-schools in India-XLRI, Jamshedpur. This will lead her to secure a double doctorate in the coming few years.
Michael Clendening, CTO
Michael Clendening brings over 16 years of experience in the IT industry to Knoah. During his tenure as an IP Telephony Engineer, Michael has designed and implemented several call center solutions. While heading up major telephony projects for companies such as Cisco Systems, Georgia Pacific, Vista IT, Expanets, and other Fortune 500 companies, Michael has become an expert in his profession. Michael carries many industry certifications including the Cisco CCIE Certification.
