Need – The client was already a well established Concierge Services brand with its facilities based in Hyderabad, India. While their costs were low, managing the staff while trying to expand the brand was becoming increasingly difficult. Solution – Knoah Solutions was able to take over management control of the staff and bring operations under the Knoah Solutions Contact Center infrastructure umbrella. Benefit – Costs increased nominally to what the client had been paying for direct labor but costs were still relatively low and with Knoah managing day to day operations, they were able to focus on building the brand and expanding the business. |
