We also staff a 24/7 Command Center to ensure technical operations are always running smoothly.

Another key and vital feature of Knoah's client management structure is its co-management configuration. To properly establish co-managed relationships, we recommend that our clients' staff members align with their respective counterparts at Knoah. This pairs, for example, the client representative from IT with the Knoah IT staff member.

Co-management allows the decision-makers to focus on driving initiatives, while staff members focus on executing the tasks at-hand with their respective counterpart. Using a co-management style greatly reduces communication bottlenecks as staff members work together toward identified objectives.
