Of course, should an event require additional agent support, your customers will continue to receive the same level of superior customer service that our agents provide on a daily basis.
Additionally, we have implemented a number of successful, unique programs for our clients, such as our Two-tier and Call-back programs. With our Two-tier program, if an agent determines a customer would be better served working with senior agent, they can seamlessly warm-transfer the transaction to the other agent. Our Call-back program provides another avenue for our agents to follow-up with your customers to be sure they receive the care they expected, should the first call not directly resolve the issue at-hand.
