Pre-domain training:

Domain training:
  • Led by Knoah trainers from client-provided content or internally- developed curriculum
Post-production:

Through our Quality Assurance process, Knoah is able to identify both strengths and weakness of individual agents. From this analysis, Knoah will develop specific areas of training, such as
