Obviously, collecting data on all aspects of the operation is not much good without effective reporting. KnoahsARK™ provides a variety of techniques to allow our managers, staff and clients to get useful and timely information out of our database. One way we are able to provide targeted reports is through our "role-based" dashboards. When a user logs into KnoahsARK™ , they do so in a particular role (e.g., operations manager, team lead, QA agent, trainer, client, etc.). This role determines the activities and information the user can see during their session. This makes the interface more appropriate to the needs of the user and also provides security in limiting access to areas a given role should not be allowed to see. Below is an example of a dashboard and the reports for a QA Agent:

From the dashboard a user can run either standard reports or ad-hoc reports on data that is appropriate for their role in the organization. The reports are output in an excel compatible format which makes it easy to pass among colleagues and with clients. It also enables the reader to take advantage of Excel's filtering and charting facilities to manipulate the data in more sophisticated ways. Below is a sample of such a report.

Additionally, we are augmenting our reporting capabilities with a full On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) reporting tool on our database. This will enable us to support full multi-dimensional analysis of all the data we collect through a role-based interface. With this software in place we are able to do even deeper analysis of trends and cross-functional relationships that will lead to better results more quickly for our clients.
