From a software perspective, we use both off-the-shelf software and in-house developed software to maximize our internal productivity and client visibility. Our in-house software is called KnoahsARK™ and it uniquely addresses productivity issues in a variety of areas that existing productivity tool vendors do not.
From a networking and voice technology perspective we rely on redundant circuitry from multiple telecommunications providers and state-of-the-art VOIP technology from Cisco to provide toll quality voice response for our clients. Our secure data networks are built using DES3 VPN technology over redundant shared bandwidth to connect into our clients' network/application infrastructure. |
